Mach Named Shop-Vac MVP2B Tyler Mach receives his Shop-Vac MVP Trophy
Brown and Naylor Also Honored

September 7 - 2B Tyler Mach was named the Shop-Vac MVP for the Williamsport Crosscutters 2007 season.  The award, voted on by Cutters players and coaches, was presented prior to the Cutters final game.

Mach led the team in RBI (38) and tied for the team lead with 19 doubles.  He was also 2nd on the team in hits, triples, total bases and slugging percentage.  Mach was a member of the 2007 New York-Penn League All-Star team and was named the NY-P Player of the Week for the week ending July 9.

In other end of season awards; RHP Drew Naylor captured the Rankin Johnson Award, sponsored by the Williamsport Crosscutters Booster Club, given to the clubs top pitcher.  Naylor led the team with 8 wins while leading the entire NY-P in innings pitched (93.1) and strikeouts (97).

OF Dominic Brown was honored with the Booster Club's Max Border Good Guy Award given to the Williamsport player who does the most in the way of community service.
