Duties:
Head Groundskeeper will be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of
Bowman Field to professional baseball standards. Responsibilities include,
but are not limited to: Experience: Some experience in baseball field maintenance is preferred, but is not required. Experience with turf maintenance also helpful. More importantly we are looking for an individual who is hard working, self-motivated, and that has a goal of working in the Grounds, Turf industry as a profession. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. is also preferred. Schedule: This is a full-time seasonal position that could turn into a full time year round position for the right candidate. Head Groundskeeper will be required to work long hours (including weekends) at Bowman Field. Typical game day starts at 9:00 a.m., and ends 1-2 hours after the game ends.
