Fundraising Nights with the
Williamsport Crosscutters!

Your non-profit group or organization is invited to participate in the Williamsport Crosscutters Ticket Fundraiser Program!  Your group would be issued a pre-determined amount of specially printed general admission tickets.  These tickets would be good for a particular night which will be promoted as your organizations night with the Williamsport Crosscutters.  i.e. Kiwanis Night, Jaycees Night, etc.

Your group would sell these specially printed general admission tickets for the discount cost of $3.50 each (a $1.75 savings over our regular adult price) and keep $1.00 from every ticket sold!!  In addition you will receive some excellent publicity when you are brought on to the field prior to the game for the check presentation to your club or organization!

This is a no-risk proposition for your group!!  No matter how many tickets you sell, you receive your commission and are not required to pay any minimum amount or up-front money.

A “Night with the Williamsport Crosscutters” is a fun-filled way to raise money for your organization or charity at absolutely no risk.  In addition you will receive some excellent publicity when you are brought onto the field during the game for the check presentation to your club or organization!

Williamsport Crosscutters Fund Raising Program Sign Up Form

• Organization agrees to sell Williamsport Crosscutters Fundraiser Bonus Books for $14 ea.
• Sellers gather buyers name, address and phone number. Tickets and invoice will be sent out by the Crosscutters.
• Organization earns $2 for every book sold (after it is paid for)
• Individual sellers receive $1 in Cutters Cash for every book sold and paid for.
• Anyone selling 10 or more books will receive a free Cutters baseball cap! (in addition to Cutters Cash)
• All fundraising activities must end no later than May 31, 2007.
• All forms must be turned in at the end of the fundraising program.
